Online payment fees
A small 1.5% platform fee is applied when members pay online through ClubPlaces. This is on top of Stripe's standard processing fee. If your club doesn't collect online payments, there's nothing extra to pay.

ClubPlaces fee (1.5%): -£0.15

Frequently asked questions about ClubPlaces
ClubPlaces is £10 per month, with a 30-day free trial so you can try everything before you commit. That includes unlimited members, events, admins, and all features. A small 1.5% platform fee also applies to online payments collected through the platform.
We use Stripe Connect, so your club is the merchant of record. Payments go directly to your club's bank account — we never hold your money. A 1.5% ClubPlaces platform fee is automatically deducted alongside Stripe's own processing fees.

Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet and we'll map your columns automatically. Most clubs are fully migrated within 10 minutes.
No. Members can pay and RSVP via direct links without creating an account. But if they do sign up, they get a self-service portal to manage their details, view payments, and register for events.
Yes. We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and encrypted backups. Your data is stored in UK data centres and we are fully GDPR compliant. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Yes. Add as many admins as you need — there's no limit. Each admin can have different permission levels so you can control who sees what.
